About a year and a half ago I took on cake decorating as a way to escape from the grading and lesson planning that had become my life. Now, I have officially left teaching and work for an amazing artist at her cake studio. It has been a year of trial and error and a lot of changes. But, through it all I found that this "hobby" was really a passion! This is a blog recounting all of my cakes and treats since February 2010. Hope you enjoy!
