For my niece's 4th birthday I made her this Tinker Bell cake. I found the design on the Wilton website. It was my first time trying a stacked cake and I'm still not sure how I feel about that. :) Learned a lot through this experiment though!
1. That Wilton "color mist" gets EVERYWHERE.
2. Buttercream with real butter - much harder to use than I expected!
3. Royal Icing - not as scary as everyone made it out to be!
